Trans World Hotels & Entertainment, a.s.

TWHE, a.s. is a registered company established in 1995 in the Czech Republic, which owns and operates one casino and hotel resort and two casinos. Located on the Czech /Austrian and Czech/German borders, they operate under the registered brand name PALASINO®.

 

In 2014, the Company began to establish its hotel division through the acquisition of four hotels, three in Germany and one in Austria, all of which were fully owned and operated by TWHE, a.s. These four hotels operate under the brand name Trans World Hotels.

 

Most recently in 2022, TWHE, a.s. embarked on a project to establish an online casino platform. Palasino Malta Limited, is registered in Malta and has been issued with a remote gaming license from the Malta Gaming Authority and will provide online casino games such as slots and live game streaming to regulated markets.
