TWHE, a.s. is owned 100% by Far East Consortium International Limited (FEC), a leading regional conglomerate based in Hong Kong and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE: 35). FEC specialises in property development, hotel operations and management, car park operations and facilities management in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Gaming interests lie in Palasino Group in the Czech Republic, Palasino Malta Limited in Malta and are 4.97% shareholders in The Star Entertainment Group in Australia.

Registered in 1995, TWHE, a.s. operates one integrated casino hotel resort and two casinos located in the Czech Republic and most recently their online division in Malta.
